Audio Player

MP3 files can be uploaded in the xstandard editor and are are immediately available for play from the page. There is no setup or configuration, .mp3 files are rendered with the player.

imageThis render shows both the default view, and what appears if they click on the [+] to play the file. The .mp3 is still available for download by clicking the link.

Underneath, /!nclude/tools/amediaplayer/anarchy.js script does the scanning, and a swf file plays the .mp3. Flash is required on the client. In the event javascript or Flash is unavailable on the client, only the link is displayed.

\\!nclude\tools\amediaplayer\anarchy.js can be modified to also present flv, mov, m4a, and wmv files. These have been disabled (at line 356) as of 6.23.2009 because of the the anarchy Meida Player 2.0 inability to work will with MAC/apple browsers and demonstrate video
