Window Slide Placeholder

Create a group of 'slides' that are auto-numbering, and can be manually advanced through by the end user. These slides can be auto-generated from an existing departments newest webpages (like news), manually created, or a combination of both.

wsName	unique name, like control1
wsRotateDelay	2000 milliseconds to wait before going to the next slide
wsTransitionDelay	1000 milliseconds to execute transition fade effect in
Department	optional. NEWS department name if looking up slides
DeptMaxItems	optional. 10 max items to show from a department
DeptShowImage	optional. yes no - whether to draw the image shown in the 'image' attribute of the department webpage
DeptShowMedia	optional. yes no - whether to draw the image shown in the 'media' attribute of the department webpage
DeptShowDescription	optional. yes no - whether to show the description of the department webpage
