Ben and Naomi Green Memorial

Spokane, Wash., January 2, 2014  -  Ben and Naomi Green died Saturday, December 28, 2013 in an automobile accident on U.S. Highway 97. According to the Yakima Herald, the accident occurred about 7 miles north of Ellensburg at 3 p.m. when Ben Green, 85, lost control of a 2001 Buick LeSabre heading south. Both Ben and Naomi died at the scene.

According to granddaughter, Ashley Werth, they were on their way home from preaching in Leavenworth. His last sermon was titled, "Don't Give Up and Never Give In."

Ben and Naomi were well known in the Upper Columbia Conference when Ben was an evangelist and Naomi the singing evangelist.

Ben was born February 16, 1928 and Naomi was born on June 16, 1930. Their memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014, at the College Place Village Church at 3 p.m. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
