Church Membership
The Conference clerk assists local church clerks in maintaining their church's membership records. The Conference Clerk also assists in helping members locate their membership, change their address, and sign up to receive Union or Division mailings.
We want to be sure that we know where our members and their families are, and have proper contact information for them so the church family and the conference can minister to them. We also want to be sure that each family unit is receiving informational mailings from the Upper Columbia Conference, the Gleaner from the North Pacific Union Conference and Adventist World from the North American Division.
