Go Mission Fest

A Family Fellowship Festival Weekend held at Upper Columbia Academy -- November 13-15, 2009

Located at 3025 E. Spangle-Waverly Rd, Spangle, Washington. Map to UCA

Find your place in His mission.

Do you want to be involved in outreach but don't know how? Are you interested in discovering if God has a place for you in His work?

Join with some of the most experienced voices in Adventist missions as they share how each member can be involved in fulfilling Christ's great gospel commission.

Presenters will include Jon Dybdahl, Pat Gustin, John and Belinda Kent, Russel Burrill, Gary Krouse, Bob Folkenberg and Wayne Kablanow.

Discover your role in missions. Are you a sender? A prayer warrior? An encourager? A trainer? Career missionary? Or a short-term missionary?

The weekend begins at 7:00 p.m. November 13 and continues through Sunday noon.

Jon Dybdahl

Sabbath School Panel Discussion and Seminar Presenter.

Jon Dybdahl and his wife, Kathy, were called to work in Thailand one year out of graduate school. They learned to love not only the Thais but also the Hmong and Karen hill tribes. They later returned to Thailand to help launch Mission College near Saraburi. Jon has served also in Singapore and as a professor of World Mission at Andrews University. He is now retired but speaks for and trains ministers and church members world-wide. (Photo on left)

Sabbath Worship

The Sabbath Worship speaker will be Pastor Gary Krause, who is the director of the Office of Adventist Mission, at the Adventist World Headquarters. This office has the twin tasks of caring for the church’s Global Mission initiative, as well as sharing with church members how their mission offerings are changing lives around the world. He is married to his best friend, Bettina, and they have a three-year-old daughter, Bethany. (Photo on right.)
