Sales Associate PT (College Place, WA) — 9.2.26
This part-time, based in College Place, Washington, assists customers with questions and purchases. The position requires excellent customer service skills, tact, friendliness, attention to details and effective interpersonal skills.
Wage grade/range: 49-55%
This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale. This position's hourly compensation ranges are as follows:
- Remuneration: $17.39-19.52

Manager - Safety & Compliance (Spokane, WA) — 5.5.26
This full-time, exempt position, based in Spokane, Washington, is responsible for the safety and compliance needs of Upper Columbia Conference. Responsibilities of this position include interacting with churches, schools, and conference departments within
the organization, and direct contact with employees and constituents.
Wage grade/range: 87-101%
This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale for conference
leadership positions. This position’s monthly compensation ranges are as follows:
- Remuneration: $4,951 - $5,747
- Cost of Living Allowance: $1,508 - $1,751
- Travel Allowance: $550
