Atlantic Natural Foods Files for Bankruptcy

April 2, 2025

Atlantic Natural Foods, the plant-based company behind Loma Linda food products and Tuno, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy

Since withdrawing from a takeover deal by Above Food five months ago, Atlantic Natural Foods has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in order to reorganize its business over the next few months.

The ABC Bookstores in Spokane and College Place do not anticipate a supply shortage in the meantime. Please do not panic buy, as this disrupts supplies on hand. There is enough for everyone now and for the foreseeable future.
