Camp Meeting 2022: Meet David Jamieson

June 9, 2022

Jamieson, president of UCC, kicks off the 2022 Camp Meeting at Spokane Valley Church.

David Jamieson, president of Upper Columbia Conference, will speak Thursday, June 16, at 7:00 p.m. for Camp Meeting 2022. He will be kicking off a new prayer initiative to reveal God's vision for the conference. Prior to arriving at UCC, Pastor Jamieson was lead pastor of Church in the Valley, located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada, where he led the church for more than 20 years.

David grew up in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada and attended Canadian Union College (now Burman University), where he met his wife, Shandra. He later went on to receive a Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University in 1989 and returned in 2009 to receive a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis in evangelism and church growth. Before pastoring at Church in the Valley, David served as president of the Newfoundland Conference in Eastern Canada. David and Shandra have four grown children and one grandson.
